Lily Place Commercial Precinct, Parkhurst

Lily Place is an industrial precinct located in the Parkhurst growth corridor, north of Rockhampton. The old cement works at Parkhurst has been redeveloped into a 50-hectare premier industrial estate, with 12 lots for sale. Lily Place Industrial Precinct is ideally positioned in proximity to major developments locally and throughout Central Queensland, and can be accessed via either the service road off Boundary Road, the existing railway line, or the proposed Ring Road heading towards towns like Emerald and Blackwater.

Barmaryee Sports Fields, Yeppoon

The Barmaryee Multi Sports Precinct is home to the Capricorn Coast Netball Association, the Capricorn Coast Touch Football Association (The Stingrays) and the Yeppoon Seagulls Junior Rugby League Club.

Central Queensland University Carpark

JRT undertook the extension and upgrade of one of the main carparks at CQU. The upgrade has allowed better access and more parking for students and staff at the university.
